...Before you schedule

• Make sure the SQUARE FOOTAGE of the property is accurate.
• Double-check that the KEY provided for access WORKS.
• Have the WATER and ELECTRICITY left ON..
• Have the ALARM disarmed or off.
• Property should be VACANT. Inform us of any personal items left in the home.
• Schedule OTHER CONTRACTORS first, like plumbers and painters, CARPET CLEANERS should be LAST, after us.
